Bench warrants for the arrest of the former Governor of Niger State, Babangida Aliyu and Umar Nasko has been issued.
The order for the duo’s arrest was issued on Thursday (today) by a Federal High Court in Minna, Nigeria, presided over by Justice Aminu Aliyu.
Justice Aliyu equally revoked the earlier bail granted Aliyu and Nasko by Justice Yellim Bogoro, over their failure to respect hearing notices served on them to appear in court
