The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has made irreversible impact on not just Nigeria but the wider global economy.
With MSMEs constituting over 41.5 million businesses and representing 84 per cent of the total labour force in Nigeria (NBS, 2018), supporting them will provide a cushion for the country to navigate the economic implications of the pandemic.
To aid small businesses as they prepare for a post-COVID future, MTN Nigeria launched the Revv Program.
The program aims to reach at least 10,000 startups and small businesses through master classes in digital literacy, business management and more.
A total of nine sessions will be delivered by MTN executives and industry experts over a six-month period. After which, 200 will be selected to join MTN’s Y’ello 200 accelerator programme giving them exclusive access to a broad range of technology-driven tools and services.
