LAWMA MD/CEO, Mr. Ibrahim Odumboni, leading his team on the cleanup exercise at Lekki Toll Gate, promised that major highways in the State would be cleaned up as soon as possible, while black spots in other locations would be gotten rid of in the next 24 hours.
