The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has again called attention to the growing insecurity in Nigeria.
In a statement he addressed to the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government, Ayodele expressed worry over the development.
The popular man of God, during a session at INRI Mountain, revealed that he foresees a massive protest like never before that will shut the country down due to the unfortunate things that had been happening.
He made it known that the Nigerian economy will be in a bad shape and that a serious food scarcity is imminent.
He explained that these can be averted only if the government hastily works on the unsecured state of the country, while making it known that he foresees confusion in the Presidential Villa.
He said: “Nigeria is going to be in a bad shape of economy if Government doesn’t take insecurity and killings seriously.
“I am seeing food scarcity.
“It will be very serious.
“As a result of this, I am seeing a massive protest that will shut Nigeria.
“It will be so severe that nobody will be able to go out for their day to day activities
“The government will be shut down.
“I see crisis because there will be hardship that will affect every sector.”
Ayodele also spoke briefly about the 2023 election, stating that the All Progressives Congress will not have t it easy because of the current happenings in the country.
He revealed: “Nigeria will become broke, our debt will increase, and this will affect APC in 2023.
“I don’t see the party getting it easy in 2023.
“What I see is very serious.
“Nigeria has not experienced anything yet.
“The economy will go bad.
“This will affect banks and state government finances.
“The people ruling Nigeria have misled and mismanaged the resources.
“There are some things that will be exposed in the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
“There will still be an attack on government convoy.
“Buhari needs prayers.
“I see very serious confusion in the Villa.
“It’s a very serious one that will be exposed to the world.”
Furthermore, Primate Ayodele spoke about what he sees on the political scene of Benin Republic.
He said: “In Benin republic, there will be political tension, which the present government will battle all the opposition.
“Prayers needs to be done there to avert the death of a one-time president.
“I see chaos and instability there.”
