Iyabo Ojo, the actress, has reacted to a document from the Lagos state government requiring her to settle a sum of N18,640,092.00 as her personal income tax.
On Monday evening, the film star took to her Instagram page to lament that she was ordered to pay the amount within seven days or face the consequences.
According to the document, Ojo has a tax liability of N7,376,000.00 for the year 2022 and an outstanding liability of N11,264,092 for the 2021 income year.
In the now-deleted post, the apparently furious actress called out Babjide Sanwo-Olu, the Lagos governor, and the state government, while demanding an explanation for the hefty tax bill.
