Investors lost N964 billion as equity capitalisation slumped to N97.8 trillion in the just-ended trading week.

The market endured a bearish trading week, losing in four of the five trading sessions while the All-Share Index (ASI) depreciated by 0.98% to close the week at 154,126.46 from the 155,645.05 points recorded the previous week.

Amid the bearish sentiment, stocks like Aso Savings and Loans Plc, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, and Oando Plc performed creditably to secure their places amongst the top ten best-performing stocks last week, positioning themselves as stocks to watch in the new week.
