Social critic Very Dark Man (VDM) has narrated his side of the altercation with entertainer Mr. Jollof, on a plane.
The two men fought aboard a United Airlines aircraft on Sunday.
In a video posted on his social media handle on Monday, VDM said the confrontation began immediately after he spotted Mr. Jollof on the plane and confronted him over a previous threat.
The activist said he walked up to Mr. Jollof and told him, “Today you go slap me oo.”
VDM added that Mr. Jollof punched him immediately after the comment.
The social media critic said that he retaliated, after which Mr. Jollof bit him during the scuffle.
He said: “I don chop Jollof fada for inside plane. Man wey dey bite… e no shame. I enter plane, I see am, na him I tell am say today you go slap me oo. As I go near, na him punch me. When I follow am, he start to bite me. Him eye red.”
The clash reportedly caused a brief disruption onboard as passengers and airline staff intervened to separate both men.
