Facebook is rolling out a new program, “Creator Fast Track,” offering up to $3,000 per month to content creators with established followings on rival platforms like TikTok and YouTube.

The initiative aims to help creators grow their presence on Facebook without starting from scratch, providing boosted reach for Reels content and three months of guaranteed earnings. Creators with at least 100,000 followers can earn $1,000 monthly, while those with over one million followers may receive the full $3,000.

The move builds on Facebook’s existing monetisation efforts, which paid creators nearly $3 billion in 2025, marking a 35% increase year-on-year and the platform’s highest annual payout to date.

Participants in the new program will gain immediate access to monetisation tools without meeting the usual eligibility requirements, allowing them to continue earning once the three-month guarantee ends. Creators can also repost existing content to qualify, rather than producing entirely new material.

Facebook executives say the initiative addresses concerns about the difficulty of building an audience on the platform. Yair Livne, VP of Creator Product, noted that while guaranteed payments last three months, the company will continue boosting reach to help creators establish a stable audience.

The company also introduced new performance metrics—including “qualified views,” “earnings rate,” and “non-qualified views”—to help creators track and optimise their content revenue.
