The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has upturned Senate President Bukola Saraki’s acquittal by the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
Justice Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson led three-man Court of Appeal panel gave the order.
Saraki will return to CCT to face trial on three out of eighteen counts of corruption over failure to disclose his assets while dismissing others.
The appellate judges ruled that three of the counts have been proven beyond reasonable doubt by the prosecutors of the CCT.
