The 2019/20 Premier League continues with the 30th round matches this coming weekend, 14-16 March 2020, with SuperSport viewers on DStv set to be treated to some of the best football action in the world.

The top match from the Premier League this round is the Merseyside derby between Everton and Liverpool on the night of Monday, March 16. Liverpool will take a giant step towards their first Premier League in 30 years with another win and there’s no better incentive than the Merseyside derby which will see the Reds travel to Goodison Park.

Jurgen Klopp’s men who are still smarting from their exit from the Champions League following a defeat to Atletico Madrid in midweek will be itching to put smiles on the faces of their fans when the whistle goes off for one of the best and oldest rivalries in English football.

The teams played out an absolute thriller when they met at Anfield back in December 2019, with Liverpool winning 5-2. Divock Origi netted two goals, while Xherdan Shaqiri, Sadio Mane and Georginio Wijnaldum were also on the score sheet as Jurgen Klopp’s team blew away the Toffees in front of a raucous crowd. This time around at Goodison Park, Everton will feel they are in a far better position to challenge Liverpool given the impressive progress they have made under the guidance of manager Carlo Ancelotti. Yet the Reds, stung by their recent dip in form will be fired up to claim a hat-trick of wins over their archrivals (having also put them out of the FA Cup back in January).

Other thrilling clashes in the Premier League that are must-watch for SuperSport viewers include Manchester United’s clash with Tottenham Hotspur in London on Sunday, March 15, Chelsea’s clash with Aston Villa at Villa Park on Saturday, and Arsenal’s clash with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho will be looking to record a triumphant victory over his former club following his team’s disappointing exit from the Champions League on Tuesday, while Ole Gunnar Solksjaer will be looking forward to recording another victory over one of England’s best teams after putting rivals Manchester City to the sword last Sunday.
