Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has denied allegations of drug addiction leveled against her, admitting instead that she has consumed ecstasy (molly) while undergoing a court-ordered drug test.

In a video shared on her Instagram page on Wednesday, Daniels addressed the allegations directly, stating, “I only consumed Ecst@sy (M%lly).” The post comes amid ongoing legal scrutiny related to her access to her children.

The controversy follows comments from her husband, Ned Nwoko, who previously stated that Daniels must undergo drug rehabilitation before being granted access to their children. According to Nwoko, the court-mandated rehab was intended to ensure the actress’s well-being and safeguard the children’s interests.

Daniel’s clarification appears aimed at refuting claims of habitual drug use while complying with legal procedures. The court-ordered drug test is part of ongoing proceedings determining custodial and parental responsibilities between the couple.

While the actress maintains that her drug use was limited and isolated, the case continues to attract widespread public attention, reflecting both her celebrity status and the sensitivity of family-related legal matters.

As the situation develops, court decisions and adherence to legal requirements will likely determine Daniels’ parental access and any further obligations regarding drug rehabilitation.
