Former Edo State Governor and now Senator representing Edo North senatorial district in the National Assembly, Adams Oshiomhole, has dismissed the viral video of him administering a leg massage to a lady inside a private jet as AI generated content.
The video footage had gone viral on Tuesday where the 73-year-old former labour leader was seen massaging the leg of a lady whom many initially thought was that of his wife, Lara Fortess.
But further investigations later revealed that the lady was not the Senator’s wife but a 19-year-old South African TikToker and adult content creator, Leshaan Da Gama, who calls herself “Professional Sugar Baby” and she was the one who actually posted the video on her Instagram page.
However, while the video has sparked anger and public debate on the Nigerian social media space, Oshiomhole’s media office on Wednesday, said the clip was not only AI generated but a poorly scripted one aimed at discrediting the senator.
According to the team, the video clip was doctored using Artificial Intelligence to make the Senator look bad in the eyes of the public and turn Nigerians against him.
