A homeless widow has God and Governor Rochas Okorocha to thank for, after she was gifted with a million naira and other goodies to lift her out of poverty.

According to reports, the homeless poor widow and her children had gone to the 2018 Imo Women August Meeting which was held on 7th August 2018 at Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri as one of the poorest in the state, and not knowing where their next meal will come from.
Mother luck smiled at her and opened a floodgate of bounties as she and her children left the venue clutching millions of Naira in cash, a house gift, automatic employment in the Ohaji/Egbema LGA and other goodies courtesy of the governor and his wife Nneoma Okorocha. Kudos to them!
